The NEXIO door includes a 70 [mm] deep opening frame made of 5-chamber PVC profiles. The frame is additionally reinforced with a steel profile. The refined structure ensures functionality, but also good design. The opening frame colour perfectly harmonizes with the surface of the steel leaf. In line with our Home Inclusive™ concept, the product can also be matched with other joinery elements: windows, garage doors, gates, and fences, in terms of colour and style.
Apart from the opening frame, the leaf is the most important structural element of the door. The NEXIO door is equipped with a leaf made of film-coated steel sheet and infilled with an XPS board. The door structure provides very high thermal parameters. The thermal transmittance factor Ud for the door with reference dimensions with a plastic threshold is 0.88 [W/m2K]. This result confirms that the NEXIO door is an energy efficient product, which can be successfully used when taking advantage of the “Clean Air” programme tax relief and subsidies.

Every investor wants to feel safe after they close the door to their home. The NEXIO door meets strict watertightness (class 3A and 2A), wind resistance (class B5/C5), and air permeability (class 4) requirements.
To protect your home against intruders, the NEXIO door is fitted with two independent locks and three anti-burglary bolts as standard. Optionally, the door can also be fitted with a three-point drive gear, which guarantees optimal contact pressure along the entire height.
The NEXIO door is covered by a 2-year warranty. At the same time, the door is continuously being tested. In our internal tests, the NEXIO door achieved the result of 210,000 opening/closing cycles – this means nearly 100 years of convenient use.
