ELEKTROMATEN SE actuators

SE series drive units are special actuators intended for automating balanced sectional industrial doors. The actuator is fitted directly onto the door shaft.

Actuator construction:

• compact design,
• three-phase electric motor,
• gearbox integrated with the motor body,
• DES electronic limit switches,
• emergency opening device,
• emergency opening chain,
• integrated frequency inverter – available with the FU actuator

GfA ELEKTROMATEN central control units

TS series controllers are devices designed and manufactured to meet the stringiest requirements of the end customer. Central control units are compatible with drive units powered from a single-phase and three-phase network. Quick installation, simple connection, and intuitive programming paired with failure-free operation all translate into a reliable door automatic operating unit.

Technical specification and central control unit features:

• control unit housing made of heavy duty materials,
• high ingress protection rating of IP54 or IP65,
• power supply 1 x 230 [V] or 3 x 400 [V], depending on the selected actuator,
• actuators are compatible with the DES and NES limit switches,
• integrated control buttons OPEN-STOP-CLOSE,
• integrated display,
• direction of rotation selectable with a keypad,
• independent programmable inputs,
• infinitely adjustable speed with the FU series actuators,
• available operating modes: Totmann or Automatik,
• infinitely adjustable parameters,

• photocells – ensure optimum safety whenever an obstacle appears between the photocells;
• auto selection of operating parameters;
• central control unit with an integrated Sommer radio receiver;
• power supply: 1 x 230 [V];
• emergency uncoupling in case of power outage;
• signal lights in red/green for traffic control*,
• intended for indoor car parks with up to 30 parking spaces,
• can be connected with the SAP, smoke extraction, and ventilation systems*.
