The construction sector is a significant part of all of the world’s developed economies. Companies operating in this industry deal in large sums of money that constitute an incredibly important element of national investments – they support market development and economic growth. Therefore, the construction sector faces many challenges and opportunities. Dedicated trade fairs are an important growth factor. The most important event of this type in Italy is the MADE expo in Milan. There, representatives of the sector discuss the future, as well as technological and design trends, and share their past experiences. This year’s edition was yet another one attended by our brand.
From 13 to 16 March, Milan was not only the fashion capital, but also a centre for innovation, technology, and design. The exhibition at the famous Fiera Milano Rho attract visitors from nearly all over the world and provides an opportunity to share insights regarding the condition of the industry not only on the Italian Peninsula, but over the entire continent. Our presence in Milan is yet another step in building awareness of the WIŚNIOWSKI brand and strengthening our position as a modern and trustworthy manufacturer.
“The whole of Italy lives and breathes everything that is presented at MADE expo. It is here that representatives of the construction sector exchange experiences and display their achievements. This year’s edition is proof of our ambitions. We are taking the next crucial steps within the Industry 4.0 trend and are broadening our range with advanced products,” says Maciej Walencow, Sales Director for Southern Europe at WIŚNIOWSKI.
But MADE expo is not just a place for manufacturers. Dedicated events and stands were also provided to architects, designers, and end customers.
A noticeable trend of this year’s edition was a clear turn towards ecology and energy efficiency of the products. This is in response to a project carried out in the Italian market, involving reimbursement of the costs of purchase of solutions improving the thermal insulation of buildings.
This way of thinking and creating is exemplified, for instance, by RenoSystem. For several years now, Italians have been increasing investment in the renovation of older buildings, and the replacement of the garage door enhances the appearance of the building and improves its energy efficiency.
At MADE expo, we displayed both dedicated products for residential buildings and individual customers, and those intended for industry and business. Visitors of the Milan trade fair could see the PRIME garage door, the CREO external aluminium door, and the MODERN fence in the MODERN MAROON colour from our proprietary HOME INCLUSIVE 2.0 collection.
The V-KING folding gate, the PI130 and PI120 sliding gates, and the GARDIA system also enjoyed a lot of interest. Yet the true highlights of our MADE expo stand were two brand-new products with the WIŚNIOWSKI logo.
“We exhibited the MakroPro 2.0 and MakroPro ALU 2.0 industrial sectional doors before their official launch. They are a true revolution in the market and will surely be noticed by consumers. We are glad that we had the opportunity to present them in a place of such importance to the construction sector,” adds Maciej Walencow.
Even though Europeans differ in a considerable number of aspects, they do have some universal needs and expectations.
